Having said that it is critical that we follow-up and not take our foot off the peddle so that we convert all of this interesting and promising discussions to Sales. I suggest you take lead in driving all of this. Please summarize the minutes of the meeting, Potential of each project (Please be realistic and not be conservative) and most importantly action points for each one of us.
Remember, we are way off our BSC targets and hence have a sense of urgency in our Action Point. Of course, we will chip in and support you.
