When inspecting the hotel,
Check that the sorting equipment has been implemented
Ask the staff (at least: Food & Beverage, Reception, Floor, Technical) which waste they must sort and how they carry out the sorting.
Check the sorting quality, look in the bins, particularly in the bin room
In the event of a non-compliance, state, in the comments column, the type of waste concerned
Pay particular attention to the following waste:
- compact fluorescent lamps and bulbs
- Toner cartridges
- Batteries
- Aerosol cans containing hazardous products
- Used cooking oils
- Packaging which has contained hazardous products
- Packaging cartons
- Glass
- Paper"
