Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has confirmed the club is in talks with Manchester United over the possible transfer of Paul Pogba .
M.E.N. Sport revealed this week Pogba is happy to rejoin United and, despite public brinkmanship from Juventus, Allegri admitted the club were negotiating the departure of the 23-year-old Frenchman.
"Pogba is a Juventus player at the moment but we don't know what is going to happen. The club are looking after negotiations," Allegri told reporters in Australia, where Juve are touring.
Having already signed Miralem Pjanic from Roma, the Italian champions have also bought Croatian winger Marko Pjaca from Dinamo Zagreb for £20m.
Allegri added: "He is another quality addition so whatever happens with Pogba, we will be in good shape."
Mourinho reiterated after the 4-1 defeat to Borussia Dortmund in Shanghai United would sign a central midfielder to bring 'balance' to their squad.
"We are completely convinced of our market," Mourinho stressed.
