highly exothermic effect with a major weight loss in the temperature range 100–400 C and no other effects up to 700 C. This result indicates that the ignition temperature for the combustion reaction is in between 100 and
400 C. The XRD pattern (Fig. 12) was taken for the final combustion product. The TGA system has been calibrated for BFO precursors, the thermogram (Fig. 11) results and XRD pattern (Fig. 12) results are in good agreement with
the results published [6–10].
