Although they claim I received the item, the are wrong. I did not receive the item.- : -I selected above "Order contained incorrect/defective/damaged items" because that's all it would let me select I never received the items that the seller claims I received. The tracking info says this item was shipped in May and the anticipated delivery day is June 22 to July 15. I couldn't wait that long so I ordered one from another seller. When I called to cancel they told me that the item was already delivered and they even produced a tracking number and said that this item was delivered to my resident. That is not true. No item was delivered to my resident by Usps from Parachee. How can the tracking info that I looked at show an estimated delivery of June 22 to July 15 then when I contact Parachee they come up with tracking info that I wasn't able see which they claims shows it was delivered. I don't know what they are looking at or where this item was delivered to but it wasn't delivered to my resident. Please see to it that this company credits my account for the money they took from me. Thank you. Brian James
