Things are changing at Sourcefoods cafe and I'm in need of a capable cook who can maintain a high standard autonomously and unsupervised.
We are open between 7am and 4pm 7 days however we only really need someone 3- 4 days a week so about 23 - 35 hours a week and most likely tuesday to thursday.
Reporting to the Head Chef and General manager your duties will include,
Kitchen open and close.
Daily food prep, stock rotation and maintaining food levels
Cooking short orders.
Fulfilling catering orders on time.
Making baked goods, Salads, Soups, Meat and Veg dishes with fresh ingredients.
Doing dishes on a couple of days.
We have big plans here at source and we need a solid foundation in the kitchen to build our business upon.
