5. If customer needs the unit to be picked up by BRAVE's staff, there will be transportation charge at 10 baht/km.
6. In case of on-site service, there will be service charge for each staff at 2,500 baht. If 2 staff needed, customer can provide one staff to support our engineer.
BRAVE will provide shockproof and parcel with consignee details for send to customer to pack the unit and send back to BRAVE (Pls inform our sales staff)
In case of customer send the unit to BRAVE via mail, the unit will be sent back to customer via EMS (domestic only) or picked up by customer.
In case of the unit is out of warranty. if customer do not repair the unit, there will be service charge for standard gases which used for checking the unit at 400 bath/unit
Service engineer will only calibrate the unit which is under normal operation
