. Answer customers’ inquiries via e-mail, phone, live chat and social media
2. Sell products and provide service to customers
3. Prepare all documents related to shipment such as invoice, COA, export shipping documents, etc.
4. Co-ordinate with internal and external organizations for shipment purpose
5. Process orders and assist with placement of orders occasionally
6. Resolve shipment or product problems by determining the cause and finding the best solution
7. Manage customer accounts and keep record of customers
8. Follow up feedback from customers and maintain a good relationship
9. Manage meetings with customers occasionally
10. Other tasks as assigned
