From rooms part guest booked a Club room & was offered a Club room 117 which is one of the best club room as you can see it's building 1.
After 2 days of stay they came to reception stating rooms are smaller for them & they need a bigger room.
The guest were offered what they booked still we went ahead & showed them our Landmark Suite on upper floor as well as on ground floor on another building in South wing. We also said that we will offer this upgrade complimentary to them looking at their length of stay & mentioned that these are the only Suite available during this time as hotel is running on high occupancy.
Guest refused both Suite saying they would like to have a Suite only on Ground floor in same building they currently staying which they were aware that we do not have.
Hence do not think with above there is any way a compensation is required as guest got what they booked for & hotel even tried it's best to satisfy their need by moving them to a higher room type free of charge.
