HR Recruiter
Description:
Finding the right candidate aligned to organizational culture via various sources.
Develop and Implement recruitment strategies and recruitment process.
Create creative recruitment ads through social media, website, etc.
Perform first screen candidate profiles and conduct interview activities, identify short list candidates to ensure recruitment effectiveness, includes recruitment activities.
Perform recruitment attraction program activities to attract candidates.
Participating in group seminar and corporate events.
Prepare hiring document and contract on hiring.
Monitor the probationary period for new staff.
Coordinating with other departments.
Job Qualifications:
Good command in English.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Over 2 years experiences in recruitment field.
Excellent in communication and interviewing techniques.
