Key Accountability:-
Carry out flight planning with regards to safety, economy and efficiency based upon the available whether forecast, NOTAM, and regulations contained in the Flight Operations Manual, Company Route Manuals and Aeronautical Information Publications.
Maintain updating Manuals used for flight planning.
Provide and update the accommodation appliance for all flights such as Navigation Database System (NAVDB) etc.
Control and manage third party operation center to make the flight operated smoothly.
Co-ordinates with Flight Operations Support to arrange Qualification Flight (QF), Alternate Airport Familiarization (AAF) and Periodic Dispatch Training (PDT) for all Flight Dispatcher
Monitoring of overflight clearances both for schedule and adhoc flights
Play a key role in applying for Take-off, Landing and Overflying permission according to regulations of each Civil Aviation Authority time slot available
Submit application for flight schedules, slots, and alternate airports
Qualification:-
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Preferably with minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed flight dispatcher for an international airline
Must hold a current Flight Operations Officer License from the Department of Civil Aviation, Thailand
Experience on liaising with relevant authorities on AOC related matters.
Knowledge of governmental affairs in airline / aviation industry
Resourceful and has good negotiation skills, both oral and written.
Fluent in Thai and English
Able to multi-task in a challenging environment and work independently.
