Thank you for your explanation in this case but as I mention both at our meeting at R1 Pool area and by email earlier this is an urgent case and as per usual practice and in SOP of Hospitality the Hotel expect direct action from HOD Khun Roong and if the problem is from Cost control Khun Roong should had directly informed about this delay and contact FCM Khun Molly at that time and AFCM Khun Torsak for their assistance in this.
As I have mention several times earlier all delay from HOD can affect the impression from the guests view of the Hotel and then this is also to prevent new accidents as earlier I expect your understanding in this and need of urgent improvements.
