3.9.1 departure sequence
Departure shall normally be cleared in the order in which they are ready for take-off except that deviations may be made from this order of priority to facilitate the maximum number of departures with the least average delay. Factor which should be considered in relation to the departure sequence include
A) types of aircraft and their relative performance
B) routes to be followed after take-off
C) any specified minimum departure interval between take-off
D) need to apply wake turbulence separation minima
E) aircraft which shold be afforded priority
D) aircraft subject to ATFM requirements
