In addition, you should let us know what straighteners your client require, as we have hundreds of models. Based on this, I offered the RT units, because these units have a low price.
However, in case your client will go ahead with ER PO units, just let us know the required case numbers and we will come up with the offer for the needed spare parts and a new straightener set.
Please, note that the broken spindle is caused by a wrong handling/roll adjustment. Normally this can’t happen by deforming a 1.5 mm wire only as the reaction forces are not high enough to result in a broken spindle.
