Bandsintown doesn't process the ticket sale directly except for some select shows via our mobile app. For all other vendors we send you to the ticket site and you purchase from them directly, whether in our mobile app or on desktop. Please get in touch with the ticket company directly concerning any ticketing issues, i.e. if you can't find your tickets or how to print them etc.
If you are on mobile and don't see the purchase in your "Past Purchases" section, that means Bandsintown did not process that sale. If you do see the purchase in the "Past Purchases" section and need help relevant to that sale, you can contact us here.
On iOS/Android:
1. Tap "Buy Tickets" on the tour date. If this feature is available for the date, you'll see a buy tickets screen. When on this screen you can:
--Use the slider to designate the amount of tickets you want to buy.
--Apply any promo codes in the promo code box
--Choose your delivery method if applicable
--Input your payment method
Finally, tap Continue to review your purchase, and Confirm to complete. The email address you input on the confirm screen is where you will receive your tickets.
Note: Right now we are rolling out this feature on mobile for select ticket partners only, with more to come later.
