Teacher: Special Thai-herbs lemon grass ,chili and galangal root. Student: Oh. And then what?
Teacher: After that, add the meat and wait for it to cook. Simmer it gently, or it will be tough and overcooked. Add a little fish sauce and lemon juice to taste
