The participant-level concurrency findings are presented by race/ethnicity in Table 1. Among all participants, 45% of white, 45% of black, and 46% of Hispanic participants indicated at least one pair of concurrent partnerships (concurrent triad) in the previous 6 months (p = 0.84). No other concurrency metric was found to be racially differential at the participant unit of analysis (Table 1). Overall, 16% of participants indicated a concurrent UAI triad. The 1,326 MSM with at least one concurrent triad in the previous 6 months had a mean of 3.6 concurrent triads, involving a mean of 3.5 unique partners and 8.6 concurrencymonths, while 39% engaged in UAI with both partners of a concurrent triad.
