The proposed system will focus on 6

The proposed system will focus on 6 fields
which are engineering, information technology,
health science, architecture, education and
business. The selected criteria will be Sijil
Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification, field of
interest, and tuition fees. The tuition fee figures
will be extracted from the respected university
websites. Furthermore, in determining the field of
interest, a questionnaire which is adapted from
Holland’s Six Personality Type is used.
In Holland’s theory, people with the same
personality type tend to work together and succeed.
If they are put in a different environment, the
percentage to do job well will be lowered and they
will feel unhappy. Figure 1 shows the hexagon
model of Holland’s theory. Referring to the model,
Realistic people can work together with
Investigative people and
Conventional people but
cannot tolerate with Social people.
