Beading/Ribboned Lace
A term applied to laces designed with perforations or openings through which ribbons can be inserted.
Ribbon/beading lace is designed:
• In a variety of widths
• In a variety of edge finishes
• For a variety of ribbon insertions
• To be left flat or gathered
• To Create a ruffled effect when ribbon is pulled through
• To be inserted between fabric layers
• To be used as trimming, banding, edging, straps and ties
