After internal discussion and duplication test regarding rewinder No7 issue,
the highest possibility for the problem to occur is because of abnormal at LAN HUB ( Duplication test result same with Zacros trouble).
Either the hub in using is :
1) not in spec ( recommended using TP-LINK 1000Mbps)
2) abnormality at power cable
3) Hub broken
Temporary counter measure to check cable connection status:
1) Disconnect and reconnect all LAN cable at HUB and at Signal Processing Part and power supply + Reboot
2) If 1) failed, try to change LAN HUB with other LAN HUB that has 1000Mbps capability.
