Trying to complete the CS for the Thailand order for the Bosch Line 2 Electrical cabinet, hardware, software and PLC programming.
Powertrol has experience working at the site and supplying site acceptable equipment brands for the hardware and software. I was happy to proceed with the SC approval as I have confirmation from the engineer (Chairuch) on the specs and the quotation meeting the specifications, equipment brand, etc.
The quotation has been broken down and we now have:
-full quotes
- BOMs
- warranty
- Delivery
- P&ID drawing
The only outstanding concern is the payment terms.
I checked SAP for the vendor and it is 120days payment term, but the vendor is seeking 30 days as this is the max of their company credit and appear not option for negotiation (see attached)/
Can you please advise quickest next steps? Should I complete a VMASS form to update SAP to 30 days so it is updated for future?
Chairuch has confirmed they are site preferred supplier and have a good working relationship.
I am aware that it has been many days this SC has been waiting for approval.
The SC can be approved while the VMASS is updated.
Thanks
Natalie
