Rice production and quality were measured only in 2005 and
2006 experiments. Productionwas determined asMetric tonnes per
hectare. Two parameters were determined as indicators of rice
quality: weight of 1000 seeds and percentage of intact grain after
milling. In 2005 the first parameter was determined, while in 2006
both parameters were used. To evaluate differences between
treatments, data were compared by unidirectional variance analysis(ANOVA);when significant differences were found, least significant
difference (LSD) test was performed (Sokal and Rohlf, 1979).
