I have many activities to get healthy. First, we must not go to sleep late because it will effects our body about emotion, hormone and feel weak etc. If we go to sleep early, we will get smile face, good emotion and our body system will run rightly.
Then, we must always eat vegetable a lot every day because it will help our excretory system run in smooth and receives many useful vitamins from it, such as vitamin C from oranges, vitamin A from morning glory and vitamin E from cereals etc. Some research talk about eat vegetarian the cancer not grow up or grow up slowly.
Next, we must do exercises or play sports everyday because it can makes our muscles strong and feel relax. We must do exercises or play sports around 1 hour per day.
This is my way to get healthy by sleep early, eat vegetables, do exercises and play sports. You can do it by yourself.
