1. Greet, seat and lap guests
Important to greet with a smile. Use the
customer’s name (if known).
Important to make a good first impression.
Depending on the situation, pull the chairs out for all the guests to seat the guest (or
at least the ladies if it is not feasible to pull
out the chairs for all the guests).
Introduce yourself to the customers.
Starting with ladies first, unfold napkin and place it on customer’s lap.
