Thecompany shall maintain records of shipment to end users for all products and of traceability of and cadwell serialized or lot numbered products to the extent necessary to accomplish product recalls and issuance of advisory notiese as required.

The company shall inform cadwell of complaints and complaint investigations. Complaint infromation shall include:

product identification
Complaint receipt date
serial number and or lot number
complaint details
Any injury and its nature.

The company shall inform cadwell without undue delay of incidents involving (potential) death or serious injury related to the use of cadwell products.

The Company Shall coperate with cadwell in recall activities and the issuance of advisory notices. this includes providing assitance in communications with end users and authorities, and if applicable, securing products for investigation.

The Company shall not change the products labels, user instructions, intended use or(trade) names of the products without cadwell's written instruction and authorization.
