Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the common form of dementia in the condition that threatens the elderly population. In the future, the increase of lifespan will raise the number of vulnerable group at the risk developing of this disease. The symptoms of AD include memory loss, forgetfulness, confusion, mood swings and loss of ability to maintain the patient's daily life. Until final stage, the patient will lose the feelings and functions of the body leading to death (Yankner, Lu, & Loerch, 2008). There are no cures for AD. The major histopathological hallmarks of AD are neurofibrillary tangle from hyperphosphorylated tau protein aggregation and accumulation of amyloid-β (Aβ) plaques that play the important role in the progression of neuronal damage (Rama, González-García, & Costa-García, 2014).
