mentioned to you last week. I would appreciate your feedback by tomorrow afternoon, if possible. as the proposal needs to be redrafted and submitted by the end of the week. have two specific concerns: 1) put the minimum staff members required at five. We are currently working with three staff members, but, as you well know, we are very understaffed. Yes, we have been able to manage with just three, but it is far from ideal, Do you think this might make them reject the proposal or reduce the funds? Maybe should just say four 2) We have been using equipment available for general office use. I would like to have a printer and a photocopier dedicated to our project only. It is really necessary as we have been wasting too much time waiting behind people working on other projects to get our printing and photocopying done. In fact, at times we have had to send our photocopying work out, which is an additional expense. However, am afraid they will consider this an unnecessary luxury and perhaps will take the proposal less seriously overall. What do you think? really appreciate your help, especially as I am aware that this project does not fall under your usual responsibilities, lf we get the grant, we'll have enough funds to continue the project for another two years.
