Job Title: Administration Professional, Bangkok, Thailand
Reporting to: Group Administration Manager
Job Duties:
The Administration Professional will provide this support by performing the following job activities:
Fully in charged for Administration support, maintain proper document filing and provide assistance which includes but not limited to compiling information, obtaining and preparing reports as requested by Manager.
Procurement of office related items including tools, stationaries & supplies, services and other general arrangements that related to day to day running of operation.
Maintain proper office facilities, Infrastructure, Telecommunications and Internet.
Plan and forecast annual expenditure budget, petty cash reimbursement record and report.
Travel arrangements including accommodations and airline reservations, involve in preparing travel claim report.
Responsible for general Corporate Affairs.
Organizing company event and meeting whenever required.
