2.2.1. Content of dietary fiber
The standard AOAC procedures were employed to determine the
content of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber in native mushroom
and BGRFs. Also, the Megazyme assay kit (Megazyme International
Ireland Ltd, Wicklow, Ireland) was used to measure the content of
mushroom b-glucan.
