M: When it came to publishing the strategy, because of the difficulties with regard to
governance and accountability, we agreed that we would present it as both a
framework for regional coordination and advocacy, and a resource for local translation
through the people who were involved in the Regional Workplace Health Practitioners
Group (which had been established as a peer support network by proactive
practitioners). Those were the two angles that we placed on it at our launch, which was
opportunistic in that we decided to hold it when the National Director for Work and
Health was visiting the region.
