First of all, implicit placement refers to the insertion of a product into TV
programmes without being mentioned by characters (Wasserman 2005, pp. 18-20).
From this point of view, it can be seen that implicit placement plays a passive role in a
scene. It may only be a background image set on the stage. Hence, implicit placement
