11. Employee shall comply any laws or regulations in the training country. If Employee violates the laws or regulation thereof, Employee shall be deemed to be the violation would be in Thailand and the Training would be terminated.
12. If any intellectual property originate in the Training, it would belong to Employer.
13. In case of Employee wouldn’t be back to work for Employer or incomplete with the working period, Employee will be fine 200% of any Employer expense truly.
Employer expenses are including:
13.1 All of salary between the period of Training
13.2 Other expenses as below:
(1) Passport Fees
(2) Visa application fees
(3) Immigration Health Examination Fees
(4) Costs of Transportation for arrangement
(5) Costs of arrangement (if any)
(6) Airport Taxes
(7) Costs of Round Flights (economy class)
(8) Allowance , Fare, Accommodation at the Training Abroad
(9) Cost of Health Insurance
(10) Cost of day off Meals
13.3 Direct and indirect of any losses or damages is in breach of any obligation under this agreement to the Employer.
