This research aimed at achieving the following objectives: Identifying the general characteristics of farmers, identifying the degree of farmers knowledge about recommendations of production and marketing practices of organic potato crop, identifying the degree of farmers implementation of those recommendations, identifying the reasons of farmers desire to continue or not on implementing of organic agricultural system, identifying the extension services for organic potato farmers, identifying the relative importance of information sources that farmers rely on about organic agriculture, and determining the most important problems that face farmers and their suggestions to solve them. This research was carried in three Governorates using purposive sample consisting of 187 respondents, the data were collected by using questionnaire through personal interview, the data were analyzed by using percentages, frequencies, and correlation. The results revealed that 51.3% of farmers knowledge for recommendations of production and marketing practices of organic potato crop was medium. The results showed that 48,1% of farmers implementation of recommendations of production and marketing practices of organic potato crop were medium. The results showed that 93.05% of farmers has desire to continue on organic agriculture, while 6.95% has no desire to continue on organic agriculture.
