Dear Krisada-san,
The change of Lync sign-in addresses has been completed.
The following steps is needed for user before start Lync.
1. Exit Lync.
2. Access following folder;
(If Lync2013 is installed)
C:Users(user ID)AppDataLocalMicrosoftOffice15.0Lync
(If Lync2010 is installed)
C:Users(user ID)AppDataLocalMicrosoftCommunicator
3. Remove the folders of which name begins with “sip”.
e.g. sip_xxxx.xxxx@konicaminolta.com
4. Restart Lync and try sign in.
