Qualification:
- Thai nationality, age 23 - 28 years old
- Female only!
- Bachelor degree with minimum working experience at least 0-3 years.
- At least 1 Years of experiences in General Admin function from any industry.
Skills required:
- Maturity, Serviced mind, Flexible and details person.
- Good English communication skill, computer literacy.
Job Description:
- Assistant Secretary
- To conduct of Reception Counter.
- To conduct of Delivery Documents Counter.
- To Arrange of Business Trip related.
- To handle incoming mails of normal mails, EMS, Registered mails and couriers.
- To handle incoming documents to bank by over the counter.
- To handle outgoing documents to customers by over the counter.
- Other administrative jobs, such as flower ordering, filing, etc.
