To this end, the curriculum provides TV production programs, whose setting are very close to that of actual TV production, along with complementary theoretic courses.
Graduate (MFA)
The curriculum mainly consists of multiple workshop courses. For undergraduate programs, students who acquire the basic rules of story-telling take courses like studio and documentary workshops step by step. What they learn in the courses ultimately leads to the completion of graduation work. The two-year graduate programs also put focus on workshop and creativity activities including graduation work. Other courses on cinematography, editing, sound, screenwriting and theories are also provided to complement the workshops.
Practical and theoretical education in a systematic and balanced way
Students take various courses on TV production to learn in depth about directing, cinematography, editing and sound in a comprehensive and detailed way. Theoretic and methodology courses are important part of education as they help students have an insight and critical eye for cultural and social issues. To this end, the curriculum provides courses on media aesthetics, humanities and sociology in a modern society, and a digital media environment (represented as multi-channel and multi-media), which are interesting enough to stimulate intellectual curiosity.
