Handles chat conversation with customers (sometimes can be up to 5 customers at the same time during busy/peak period). Should be fluent in typing and using correct Thai spelling and formal language.
2. Receiving calls from the customers and helps to assist via phone in giving correct information about company products and procedures.
3. Do outbound calls to customers to do product selling. Will do the promotion/suggestive selling techniques to encourage customers to bet and play with the company by giving correct information and further call out to assist the customers concerns.
4. Be able to cope up immediately with the normal changes and new promotions every month (Need to study new promotions to answer customer’s inquiries. Can work independently and can work with minimum supervision. Has a sense of responsibility to do follow up with the concerned department to help fix the customer’s concern quickly and accurately.
5. Willing to extend normal work hours/duty if there will be problem that needs to be hand on to the next shift. Be able to record useful data for record purposes of the entire team to avoid mistakes.
6. Will be checking online bank for customer deposits and the balance movement at online bank and fill in the Finance report every hour and send updates to Finance department every 3 hours.
