resolution images in pituitary gland,
The study shows that
In cerebral hemisphere :There is no mass, no hemorrhage, no infarction . No midline
shifting, Normal ventricles, cisterns and normal dural space.
The pituitary gland is normal size 8x9x6 mm, with normal signal intensity, There is
normal posterior high signal spot in the pituitary
gland. After dynamic Gd. enhancement, there is evidence of microadenoma size 3 mm. in
the rt side of pituitary gland ,
There is deviation of pituitary stalk to the left side and normal suprasellar cisterns, Normal
optic nerves , optic tract, and chiasm.
Normal both cavernous sinuses.
The posterior fossa, there is normal brainstem, pons, and normal midbrain. There is
normal cerebellum and normal folia.
The both internal acoustic nerves and canals are normal, Normal cerebello-pontine
angle/cisterns. Normal internal ear, vestibules, cochlear
and semicircular canals, no mass, Normal both orbits, and normal para-nasal air sinuses.
IMP After dynamic Gd. enhancement, there is evidence of microadenoma size 3 mm.
in the rt side of pituitary gland ,
There is deviation of pituitary stalk to the left side. Normal suprasellar cisterns and
normal optic nerves and tract,
Normal posterior fossa and brainstem, normal cerebello-pontine cisterns,

เสียงปกติ ทั้งภายใน เส้นประสาท และคลองที่ปกติปกติ cerebello pontine
มุม / อ่างเก็บน้ำ . ปกติภายในหู vestibules ประสาทหู
