OMIs Rewards and Recognition (R&R) program honors individual and team accomplishments outside the normal salary and bonus program. R&R vehicles fit into several categories of ascending significance: Tag You Win, Soaring Eagle, Golden Apple, and Lightning Bolt (spot cash bonus). The Partners program is an at-risk incentive compensation program that pays in three different ways.
