collection of 18 representative fish from each lot (as defined in the HACCP plan and
in section 4.2 of your firm 's "Tuna sampling procedure for laboratory analysis"
document submitted as Tab 13 in the submission requesting removal from the Import
Alert). However, a section from the same document (Tab 13), headed "Sampling
method of raw tuna for histamine analysis," pictorially suggests removal of a sample
portion from each side of the test fish.
