Both members of each pair must be dressed in their formal uniforms (including socks (no jackets please, you would not wear those for a formal interview))

If this does not happen, BOTH MEMBERS WILL RECIEVE ZERO FOR THIS ASSESSMENT, NO EXCUSES!!!
Also, you will need to introduce yourselves and what role each of you will take in your role plays. If you do not do this, only 3% will be given for your assessment.
