To Make Rice Water
• Wash the rice gently with water and rinse the first batch of it into the skin. This is just to remove any dirt from the rice.
• Fill the rice again with water and let this sit in for about 15 to 20 minutes to allow the vitamins and minerals to seep into this water.
• After that drain this water into any bowl or air-tight container to store in a refrigerator to use this for later use.
• You can store this rice wash water for up to 4 days in a refrigerator. Shake well the stored rice water before use.
