I did raise the following points to team members in order to ensure our December’s sales transaction won’t face any unforeseen issue.

1) Daily order processing speed: In December, we foresee some days with more than 500 sales orders flowing in to system newly activated : Team needs to ensure they can manage all the transactions without causing commercial bottle nect
2) Stability of the system to ensure “Minimum to Zero” discrepancy in terms of sales order conditions ie. Sales brief details : Quota, Promotional mechanics, Premium give away etc : As they’re also running a manual check in most of the sales order running through the system, this’ s the top priority
as we have to detect those discrepancies before releasing orders
May I ask the team to work together to ensure all issues are fixed without a any recurring problem that will affect sales achievement in December.
