I am writing to complain about the new computer that I received two day ago with your company. Unfortunately, the new computer was broken down, so I am writing to ask for an explanation as to what happened and how it will be remedied.
On 20th. October 2014, I ordered an Acer computer ,black color, but when your package arrived today the package was damaged. I discovered that broken screen. In addition, I tried to turn on the computer, but not open. After bought a computer for two days, it has many problem.
