Further to your complaint on Millac Gold 12x1LT, our Quality Assurance team have completed their investigation and the following is their report.We were sorry to receive this complaint with regards to Millac Gold New and we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. We have carried out a thorough investigation into the issue raised in the complaint and the reasons behind why they may have occurred.We were able to use the photographs you kindly supplied. From the pictures we can clearly see that that some packs have no coding printed on the packs. On examination of our manufacturing records for this batch of product, we have identified an event at the time of the complaint sample that could have allowed a small number of packs to pass through without being coded. These packs have subsequently passed through the process without being detected or removed from the line.Operator checks are in place to prevent this issue for re-occurring. Production operators have been made aware of this complaint and the importance of checking packs following a breakdown has been re-initiated.Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused.
