We can talk to our parents or guardians. They will listen to what we have to say and give us advice and support.
We can also talk to our friends. They may be feeling the same way we do and may know how to help us. Other than that, we can find out more from books and the internet too.
We need to accept our own gender. We should not be ashamed of our gender.
