Laksa
Laksa come from Peranakan but present Lasa is singapore's national dish. It can he eaten at family event and any festival. anyone can do it.
(lngredients) 1.oil 2 tablespoons. 2.noodles 300 grams. 3.boiled eggs 2 eggs. 4.bean sprouts 1 cup. 5.tofu 6.tiger prawns. 7.spices 8.soup 200 millilit 9.coconut milk 100 millilit
(method.) 1.The misture is blended spices and mix well until thoroughly. 2. Stir the curry paste with a medium heat for about 10 minutes. 3.fill the soup into wail until it boils,then season with sugar and powdered chicken soup. 4.boiled noodles then turned to embellishment on the bowl with the other ingredients.
