Feedback from my product manager on how to model aviation fuel:
“I've had a look at the MSDS....conclusions is....C14......the key to look out for is the boiling point....and if the material has any specific "toxic properties" (which is not particularly the case....for aviation fuel.....flammable effects will dominate any hazardous release events)
It is most likely to rain out and form a pool so the fire pool effects will dominate. If you do not have the flammable data (eg Max burn rate) here you can use n Octane (C8) data.”
