You may still be able to Tweet through an app that you have connected to your account. To confirm that you own the account, try sending the following message in a Tweet via the TweetDeck app:
@SupportRequests #18223872
For privacy reasons, do NOT include your email address or any other personal information in your Tweet.
Once you’ve sent the Tweet, please respond to this email with an email address you would like associated with the account. Make sure that the email address you provide is not currently connected to another Twitter account.
