8) There is a proposal to use the rental unit no 191/123 for ping-pong room. It will be checked whether it can be decided by the committee or need an approval of AGM or EGM.
9) There was a question about utilization of the current billiard room. It will be studied later and discussed in the next committee meeting.
10) It was decided to add more plants for beautification at M Floor within the coverage of the gardening budget.
11) It was decided to fix the “smoking area” at the corner beside the drivers’ toilet on the North side. The sign board will be attached as “smoking area”. From now on, smoking is not allowed in the common area except this corner.
12) There were discussions regarding utilization of common areas, such as utilization of roof top floor for pets, or special cleaning area for pets, however, these ideas will be compiled with other ideas and will be decided in the near future.
13) It was decided to announce the minutes of the meeting at the notice board. The management will inform all co-owners by e-mail and letters that the minutes is shown at the notice board.
14) There was a case that one of the condominium’s trees was cut down by a co-owner without permission. For this matter, the committee decided to issue a letter to that co-owner to compensate for the damage caused by the co-owner.
15) There was a case that, on Jan. 28, Lift No. A became out of order after the periodical maintenance work by the contracted vender which was done in a few days ago. It showed poor maintenance work of the vender, and at the same time it showed our technician’s countermeasure was poor for this trouble. Therefore, the committee decided to inform this matter to the vender and our technician to improve their work performance.
